The hotel is situated right next to the train station and close to the city center making it a convenient location to explore the area. Guests can easily grab baked goodies from any boulangerie nearby. The room is comfortable with well-equipped kitchenette. The elevators are large and accessible.

The location of this hotel was excellent, very close to the railway station and the town centre. It was perfect for exploring the city, especially with the 24-hour tram system right next to it. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with basic amenities. The staff provided good service and attention to detail. it offered great value for money.
Everything was fine, nothing to complain about.

• Located near the city centre ( + or – 10 minutes) • There was a bottle of water on the fridge • The room was well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen • There was no noise at all even though we stayed at the second floor and we could see the train nearby. • The sofa bed was comfortable with extra pillows • No charge for the dog. • The breakfast was worth the price we paid for. • The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.
The room was set up for single occupancy, I had to ask reception for extra towers and slipers I had to ask for the kettle as it is only provided on request Asked as well for the cable for the internet, but in the end I could not get a connection There was not a big space between the bed and the desk for the computer. Charged for car park

It is well located, not in the center but near the train station and a 15-20 minute walk. The Pompidou is not far either. The staff was very attentive, we had a problem and there was no one at the reception, but we called the hotel they have in Reims and they solved the problem very quickly by giving us another room.
I do not find it logical that in a hotel of these characteristics, of 3 stars and with the price that it has, it does not have a service of reception with more hours, cleaning of rooms is done by a supplement. We had a problem in the room. since they gave us one that did not work the heating or had hot water, there was nothing in the reception, We had to contact the hotel in Reims. was a major inconvenience, Moreover. room price does not even include the change of towels (it is only once a week), On the kitchen area. utensils are scarce (there are not even two forks) and I would also expect that there would be at least a table with two chairs with space to eat, since there was only the desk with one chair in the room, another folding chair inside the wardrobe,

good sized studio accomodation, with good furnishings. secure, reasonably priced car park adjacent. very good value for money. close to rail station, new Pompidou Art Centre, and only 15 mins walk into Metz city, which is itself a very attractive & interesting city.
hotel backs onto very busy railway, with numerous goods trains passing during the night. Wi-Fi did not work in our room. No-one at reception for about 15 mins when we arrived - seemed to be only one member of staff on in the evening. There is a student block next to the hotel - on our first night, there was a very noisy party going on there - our reception staff was very helpful in trying to stop, but students said they had right to make as much noise as they wanted until 10pm. They stopped at 10pm. The next night, there was no problem.

It was near the railway station and you could easily reach the city center.
The bathroom was not very clean (especially the toilet seat!!!). I had problems with the Internet connection (I was given the wrong password!!) And the cleaning woman was very insistent in the morning. Although she knew we were in the room, she kept knocking on the door. It was 10.00 A.M.!!! What was she thinking of? Did she plan on cleaning the room or making us leave the room????? Anyway, I was very disappointed.

The hotel also provides attention to detail, with fresh towels and nice facilities. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities are well-maintained. Additionally, the rooms with windows overlooking the train station provide a unique perspective.

The room is quite large than usual, everything is great: bed room, kitchen, bath room. The location is not good enough for city trip. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the ole city centre. But the hotel is very close to Metz train staion, and easily found.
The hot water supply is limited by day? I cannot take shower after my friends did.

We had a comfortable stay. The room is clean and large enough, and well equipped.
Not enough hot water! In fact, it seems that the quantity of available hot water is limited. Not enough for two people!

The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is pretty close to the city center and the train station. You can easily explore the beautiful buildings of the city within a 10-minute walk. Additionally, it is conveniently located right next to a 24-hour tram system, which offers 24-hour tickets for only 5 euro. This makes getting around the city a breeze.
No improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.

Comfortable and very convenient, particularly for the railway station which is right next door. Excellent, spacious underground car park. Just a very relaxed place with a friendly atmosphere.
Potentially a little noisy from the railway station if you have to have the balcony door open at night but that didn't really bother me.
